Year End Accounts – Limited Company (audited accounts)

We work with clients who exceed the CRO audit exemption or who have the requirement for audited accounts due to Central Bank regulations.

We aim to provide draft accounts to our clients within 3 months of their financial year end. This ensures that the accounts and reports are current and relevant. The accounts are detailed to a level that provides the client with a clear insight of the income and all costs of the business.

It is extremely beneficial to hold review meetings where figures can be reviewed and understood and where queries can be raised and resolved.

Following the review meeting and incorporating any necessary agreed adjustments, we complete and issue the relevant reports and paperwork to the selected auditors (we remove any need for interaction with yourselves and the auditors.)

The auditors will complete Abridged Accounts, Directors Reports & Financial Statements. We will complete your annual return, corporation tax computation and return. These documents are completed and delivered well in advance of any CRO or Revenue deadlines.
