Relevant Contracts Tax (RCT)

A very important part of the successful management of any construction business is the ability to deal with all elements of RCT.

Contractors on different sites are linked to each other via ROS; through Contract Notifications. Payments to all contractors are site-specific and are processed as Payment Notifications.

A primary objective of Revenue is to seek compliance and identify unauthorised personnel on sites; when penalties are enforced and potential audits may loom for non-compliance.

We protect our clients by ensuring all records are in place, data is filed correctly and returns (where RCT is deducted from sub-contractors) are advised and paid to Revenue by the due date.
