Will this position be an apprenticeship?

Note: Apprenticeships are typically offered on a fixed-term contract basis for the duration of the apprenticeship.

Types of Employment Contract

Permanent Contract: Offered to employees (full-time or part-time) with no specified end date, and remains in place until the contract is terminated by either party.

Temporary Contract: Provides short-term employment for a specific period. Frequently used to address critical staff requirements. Can be extended upon agreement of both parties.

Fixed-Term Contract: Specifies employment for a definite period or for a specific project or purpose (e.g. maternity leave cover). Can be extended upon agreement with both parties.

Casual Contract: Provided where an employee will be working irregular hours on an ad-hoc basis, and allows flexibility without regular commitment from either party.

Rolling Contract: Used where the contract renews at the end of each specified period (e.g. every three months), until the work has been completed, and provides a level of flexibility to both employer and employee.
